Midori no Ki - Our Services
Midori no Ki provides a full spectrum of property management services. These services include:
• Rental Management Services (for example: allocation of bookings, payment collection and guest services procedure);
• Property Maintenance (for example: repairs and maintenance, regular property inspections);
• Seasonal Site Services (for example: snow clearing, landscaping, road maintenance);
• Concierge Services (for example: personal meet-and-greet, arrangement of ski rentals and lessons etc.);
• Housekeeping and Linen Services (both regular scheduled housekeeping and thorough end-of-season cleaning);
• Customer Relations (handling of guest enquires and complaints);
• Government Relations (for example: handling matters in relation to Government rates and fees, act as Government liaison with local council); and
Midori no Ki allocates bookings without favour to ensure that all owners share equally in our success
In addition to these services, we have implemented operating procedures which include:
• Safety Management Standard, including staff fire safety training, emergency response plans;
• Environment policy acknowledgement committing Midori no Ki to minimising environmental impacts associated with our business activities (as required under Japanese Law);
• Providing the necessary resources and training to ensure that our staff and contractors achieve objectives and targets.
