We provide an escape for groups and families from their everyday lives and allow them to enjoy the relaxed and fun atmosphere of Niseko in a safe and friendly environment.

Our style of guest interaction is warm and welcoming and creates a feeling for guests that they are part of a close-knit community, while at the same time ensuring a reliable, efficient and professional standard of service.

We are located 3km from the main village surrounded by woods and this remoteness adds to the appeal of a quiet safe community, however at no point do our guests feel like they are isolated or trapped from access to the village facilities or ski areas with our reliable transport system.
